Role & responsibilities Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects and compliance with specifications Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation Identify quality issues, Defect and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality concerns in real-time Conduct in-process and final inspections in manufacturing or assembly environments Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications Ensure compliance with Inspection standards and industry regulations Assist in audits and implement continuous improvement practices Preferred candidate profile Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and time management abilities Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED required; in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., ASQ CQI) is a plus 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous Experience working with quality inspection software or ERP systems
