Job Description

Job Role: Investor Outreach & CRM Specialist.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Email & WhatsApp Marketing professional to manage investor and client communication at scale. This role requires strong command over CRM systems, advanced Excel reporting, and campaign analytics, with the ability to support capital raise, investor outreach, and deal marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Plan and execute Email and WhatsApp campaigns for investor outreach, deal updates, client communication, and lead nurturing.
  • Manage CRM databases including investors, developers, promoters, and institutional contacts.
  • Create and manage segmentation based on ticket size, geography, asset class, and investment appetite.
  • Support capital raise and deal marketing through structured communication flows.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversions).
  • Prepare investor and marketing MIS reports using advanced Excel.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automation sheets.
  • Ensure data hygiene, opt-in compliance, and confidentiality of investor data.
  • Coordinate closely with investment banking, advisory, and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in Email Marketing / WhatsApp Marketing / CRM Operations.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Commerce, Finance, or Marketing; MBA or relevant CRM/marketing analytics certifications preferred.
  • Strong exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Fresh sales, or similar).
  • Exceptional Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk email platforms and WhatsApp API tools.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive investor and deal-related information.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in financial services, investment banking, real estate, or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to investor communication or deal marketing.
  • Familiarity with lead lifecycle management and funnel tracking.
