Investor Relationship Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and articulate individual to join our Investor Relations team in a voice

process role. The role involves direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide

timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.

Provide information about the companys financial performance, market updates, and other relevant

investor communication.

Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.

Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of

information.

Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.

Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor

Relations, or Financial Services.

Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.

Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.

Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance.

Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
