The Role

As an Investment Associate, you will play a critical role in our investment team, right from Deal sourcing to Execution of Transactions to Portfolio Value Creation. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting the execution of transactions. This is a fast-paced role that requires a keen analytical mind, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Office is in Gurgaon. You would be working directly with the CEO – Siddhi Kaul.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Opportunities: Help identify and screen potential investment targets along with meeting Promoters, senior management & Intermediaries/ Investment Bankers.
• Market Research, Financial Modeling & Analysis: Evaluate Opportunities - Build and maintain detailed financial models, Investment Memos.
• Due Diligence & Transaction Execution: Assist in the due diligence process, including working with third-party advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants) and synthesizing information for internal memos. And support the senior investment team throughout the transaction process.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing existing portfolio companies, including supporting them on various value creation activities.

Prior Work Experience

Either 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role, such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance.

OR

An ex-Founder/ Senior Team member of a “Startup” who has been through the Grind and knows what it takes to get the job done.

CA, MBA & CS Engineer from a Top University is highly regarded but not necessary.
