Role Description We are seeking a full-time Investment Associate to join our Bengaluru office. This pivotal role is ideal for a professional passionate about the startup ecosystem, investments, and strategic growth. The Investment Associate will: Source and Scout Startups: Identify promising early-stage and growth-stage startups across sectors aligned with 66 Bridge Partners investment thesis. Evaluate Opportunities: Analyze business models, unit economics, market potential, competitive landscape, and founder capabilities. Perform Due Diligence: Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence to assess investment readiness and risk factors. Investor Relations: Manage relationships with our curated investor community, providing updates, reports, and insights on ongoing and potential deals. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with trends in startup ecosystems, venture capital, and financial markets to inform investment decisions and strategy. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with founders, mentors, and internal teams to structure investments, support portfolio startups, and drive growth outcomes. This role offers significant exposure to early-stage investing, strategic decision-making, and community-driven startup ecosystems. Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical frameworks for early-stage and growth-stage startups. Experience in investment evaluation, due diligence, and risk assessment in startup or VC/PE environments. Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and investment principles , particularly in early-stage venture funding. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , capable of presenting insights clearly to investors and founders. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail under dynamic and fast-paced conditions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field ; advanced degrees (MBA) or professional certifications (CFA, CA) are highly desirable. Passion for the startup ecosystem , early-stage investing, and building long-term investor-founder relationships.
