Role Description

full-time Investment Associate

• Source and Scout Startups:

  Identify promising early-stage and growth-stage startups across sectors aligned with 66 Bridge Partners investment thesis.

• Evaluate Opportunities:

  Analyze business models, unit economics, market potential, competitive landscape, and founder capabilities.

• Perform Due Diligence:

  Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence to assess investment readiness and risk factors.

• Investor Relations:

  Manage relationships with our curated investor community, providing updates, reports, and insights on ongoing and potential deals.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated with trends in startup ecosystems, venture capital, and financial markets to inform investment decisions and strategy.

• Collaborate Across Teams:

  Work closely with founders, mentors, and internal teams to structure investments, support portfolio startups, and drive growth outcomes.

This role offers significant exposure to early-stage investing, strategic decision-making, and community-driven startup ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical frameworks

  for early-stage and growth-stage startups.
• Experience in

  investment evaluation, due diligence, and risk assessment

  in startup or VC/PE environments.
• Solid understanding of

  finance, accounting, and investment principles

  , particularly in early-stage venture funding.
• Exceptional

  written and verbal communication skills

• Strong

• Bachelor's degree in
