As a Boutique Investment Banking Firm located in Bangalore, we are seeking a qualified CA (May 2023 - May 2024) to join our team. We specialize in the Investment Banking sector with a focus on Real Estate and SME/Mid-Market industries. Our firm, headquartered in Mumbai, offers services such as Syndication (Equity/Debt), Land Intermediation, Strategy Advisory, Asset Management, and Corporate Advisory. Additionally, we have plans to launch a lending-based fintech platform for SMEs in the near future. Your key responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Funds, and Investors for fundraising purposes. You will be responsible for managing deals post-origination, which involves business selection, structuring, term sheets, closing, documentation, and fee collection. Collaboration with the Regional Director to oversee strategy and P&L for the location, leading and motivating teams, and building market intelligence on trends, valuations, and industry insights are also crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in Banks, NBFCs, RE AIFs, or Investment Banks. Strong knowledge of real estate wholesale lending, expertise in relationship management, risk assessment, deal-closing, leadership skills, team management abilities, and sector expertise are essential requirements.
