Inventory Manager

Job Title: Inventory Manager Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Manager Location: NOIDA Job Type: [Full-Time ] Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize all inventory control procedures. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses and locations. Track inventory performance and generate regular reports on stock levels, usage, and trends. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with the inventory management system. Minimize stock variances, losses, and obsolescence. Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory. Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure proper stock handling. Optimize storage space, layout, and inventory holding costs. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Manage and supervise warehouse staff or inventory clerks, if applicable. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. years of proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain. Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Leadership and team management experience is a plus. Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory planning techniques.
