Inventory Manager

Job Description: As an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, processes, and staff. Your strong background in inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy in stock levels - Monitor and record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) - Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure stock availability - Maintain inventory database and generate regular stock reports - Implement inventory control procedures and minimize stock discrepancies - Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification - Supervise and train inventory staff - Optimize storage space and ensure safe handling of products - Handle inventory forecasting and demand planning Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management - Proficiency in inventory management software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory (Note: Only Malayalee candidates will be considered) Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, requiring you to work in person at the specified location.,
