Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management System Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the digital inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and improving overall warehouse efficiency. Implement and manage inventory control systems (ERP or IMS) to maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor daily stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and internal transfers. Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with business needs. Analyze data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels, reducing excess and stockouts. Maintain reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory thresholds. Conduct cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory checks regularly. Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock. Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and analytics for management review. Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper system usage and inventory protocols. Ensure inventory practices comply with company policies and quality standards.
