Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily and weekly inventory levels across stores; flag and address shortages or surpluses Conduct routine cycle counts, full stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies promptly, updating master records Coordinate with procurement/purchasing to forecast demand and schedule timely reorders Implement and refine inventory best practices Maintain and optimize inventory tracking systems (ERP/WMS), generating accurate transactional and stock-level reports Liaise with stores operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure availability aligned with sales promotions or peak periods Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock; recommend clearance strategies and process improvements Ensure compliance with store safety and storage standards, including proper handling and documentation
