Inventory Executive

As an Inventory & Warehouse Manager, your role will involve driving operational excellence through effective management of inventory and warehouse processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure timely procurement of stocks to facilitate smooth operations. Your experience in stock management will be crucial in managing the inflow and outflow of stock efficiently. Forecasting stock requirements and procuring them on time will be essential to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory and warehouse to ensure efficient operations - Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of stocks - Implement stock management strategies for inflow and outflow of stock - Forecast stock requirements and procure on time - Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of stock to regions/merchants - Oversee stock management at regions across the country - Manage vendors, track SLAs, and address service issues - Interact with regional offices across Pan India - Act as a bridge between Sales and Operations - Possess good KYC knowledge - Manage clients and stakeholders effectively - Demonstrate knowledge of POS devices with Key Injection ability - Understand MIS reports for effective decision-making Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred In addition to the above responsibilities, this role may also involve liaising with regional offices, managing SLAs, and addressing service issues. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts. Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with a required start date of 30/06/2025.
