Role & responsibilities Monitoring Transactions: A transaction monitoring analyst job is to monitor the transaction pattern and identify unusual transactions that may indicate fraud, working capital usage or any other disputes. Review Alerts: Assess alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system or manual. Escalate Issues: Ensure issues are addressed appropriately and escalated to the management on a timely manner. Customer Complaints Attend to customer emails, understand the concern and reverting with the proper response with in TAT. Tracker Updation: Ensure error free tracker updation across all managed activities. Must have basic knowledge in Excel. Candidate should be willing to work in flexible shift timings that can start from early morning and weekly Off will be on Sunday.
