About the Role


Inventory Controller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations.
  • Conduct physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory, usage trends, and stock forecasting.
  • Coordinate with finance, audit, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in inventory accounting.
  • Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
  • Support management during audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
    • 10–15 years of experience

      in inventory management, preferably in the

      FMCG sector

      .
    • Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and ERP systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead processes independently and manage multiple priorities.
