Support clients in regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, etc.) and corporate governance. Monitor and report risk indicators, emerging threats, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to build a culture of risk awareness. Lead crisis management planning, business continuity strategies, and incident response frameworks. Present findings, reports, and risk dashboards to senior leadership and boards. Mentor junior team members and manage project delivery timelines. Qualifications & Skills: CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Risk, or related field. 8–12 years of relevant experience in risk advisory, consulting, or financial services. Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.) and regulatory guidelines. Experience with risk control matrices, audit processes, and reporting tools.
