Role Overview

Senior Store / Inventory Control Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage

  ERP-based store & inventory operations

• Create, standardise, and maintain

  Item Masters

  (codes, UOMs, categories)
• Monitor

  material receipt (GRN), issue, returns, and inter-site transfers

• Conduct

  periodic stock reconciliation

  (physical vs ERP)
• Control and document

  inter-project material movements

• Identify and report

  slow-moving / non-moving inventory

• Coordinate with

  Procurement, Accounts, and Project Teams

• Support

  ERP implementation, data onboarding, UAT & Go-Live (Stores Module)

• Ensure store operations comply with

  ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 requirements

• Maintain accurate

  store records, registers, and MIS reports

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in

  ERP Inventory / Stores Module

• Excellent knowledge of

  construction materials

  (aggregates, cement, steel, bitumen, spares, consumables)
• Expertise in

  stock reconciliation, valuation & inventory controls

• Experience handling

  multi-site / multi-project inventory

• Ability to interpret

  BOQs, material schedules, and consumption norms

• Good understanding of

  procurementstoreaccounts integration

• Strong documentation & compliance orientation
  
• Ability to generate

  inventory MIS & analytical reports

• Good coordination and communication skills with site teams
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in

  construction / infrastructure / EPC stores

• Proven experience in

  centralised inventory control

• ERP implementation or migration exposure preferred
  
• Ability to work across

  HO and project sites

• Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  
• ERP certification or hands-on ERP implementation experience (added advantage)
