Job Description

Record and verify purchase entries, supplier bills, and payments in the accounting system. Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including goods received, issued, and returned. Conduct regular stock checking and reconciliation between physical and system stock. Monitor stock conversions (e.g., raw materials to finished goods) and update records accordingly. Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments to ensure accurate documentation. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock reports. Assist in monthly and annual inventory valuation and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements. Support management with data for cost analysis and decision-making.
