Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers in project charter setup, maintaining and tracking project plans, timelines, and budgets using project management tools.
  • Support the change management lifecycle by helping to prepare communication materials, training documents, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Support to conduct initial analysis of current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement a way of working to maintain and organize project documentation, including scope documents, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Prepare a global consolidated view on ongoing projects per PSL and implement a structured approach to monitor key project metrics and regular status updates for leadership and project sponsors.
  • Support efforts to promote organizational adoption of new processes, tools, and transformation initiatives.

Your Boarding Pass:
You are pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field.
You possess the following competences:
Technical skills :
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Academic project or experience related to Process Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or Change Management principles.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) for process mapping and flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Office Suite (Word / Doc, Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
Soft Skills :
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and influence decision making
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process thinking.
Language skills :
  • English : advanced
