The Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking, understands user behavior, and designs intuitive digital experiences that align with Cordial’s brand and client goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and clients to transform complex ideas into elegant, user-centered interfaces.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

Contribute creative input to product ideation, branding, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Understanding of responsive design principles, color theory, and typography.

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
