Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic International Voice Process- Customer Service to join our healthcare contact centre. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service, assisting patients with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience within the healthcare system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
