Job Position: Graphic Designer Location: Jhandewalan, New Delhi- 110055 Job Type: Full-Time, 5 Days working Preferred : Immediate Joiner Must have Skill: Excellent English Communication Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of design, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals that effectively communicate our brand message. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives. • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) to produce high-quality visuals. • Maintain and update design assets to support ongoing marketing initiatives. UI/UX Design • Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors. • Crafting intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences, focusing on both the visual appeal (UI) and functionality (UX) of products using software like Figma. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results. • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a cohesive look and feel across products. • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects for both print and digital platforms. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field. • Experience designing for both digital and print platforms. • Understanding of basic UI/UX principles is a plus.
