Job Description

Required Skills:

Should have
minimum 1 year of experience in International voice process
Should have Excellent communication
Handle HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide support for onboarding, employee benefits, and payroll-related queries.
The role involves providing end-to-end HR support to employees and stakeholders, managing queries, processing requests, and assisting with on-boarding, and other HR-related functions.
Maintain and update HR databases and records..
Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues, including connectivity problems, and application errors.
Assist employees with login issues, password resets, and HR portal/system access.

Night Shift & Rotational week off

Only one way cab (Drop) will be provided
