Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries & provide resolutions via

    Calls, Email & Chat

  • Deliver

    professional, empathetic, and effective communication

    across different cultures & time zones
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Use CRM tools efficiently for query handling and documentation
  • Maintain service quality standards to ensure

    customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification:

    12th Pass & Above

  • Must have

    excellent English communication skills

    (verbal & written)
  • Basic computer knowledge

    and adaptability to new tools/software
  • Open to work in

    rotational shifts
