Job Description: Looking for an SME to support our Customer Support team with complex queries, mentor associates, and improve service quality. The role includes handling escalations, updating knowledge resources, conducting training sessions, and supporting sales/retention conversations.

Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on complex customer issues. Support escalations and live query resolution. Update knowledge base and process documents. Conduct refresher trainings and coach associates. Review cases and recommend process improvements. Assist in sales, renewals, and retention techniques.
