Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Voice Process role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves handling international calls, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant voice
• Ability to handle international calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
