Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join our Canada process team. In this role, you will handle flight sales calls, assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and reschedules, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
* Sell international and domestic flight tickets** through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
* Maximize sales by upselling/cross-selling travel services.
* Meet and exceed monthly **sales and revenue targets**.
* Manage customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated with airline fare rules, policies, and promotions.
* Prepare and maintain reports related to sales and customer interactions.
Key Skills Required:
* International Travel Sales (Canada/US/UK process preferred).
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Flight booking, ticketing, cancellation, and rescheduling expertise.
* Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements.
* Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
* Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing policies.
* Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
* Flexibility to work in **night shifts (Canada timings)**.
