International Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our US Sales Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role involves outbound/inbound calling to US-based clients/customers to promote and sell products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential US customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to inbound queries, providing information and resolving concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems with relevant data.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and handle US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a US sales or voice process is an added advantage.
