Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics. Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in international sales, BPO, or travel industry sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
