About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our EdTech sales team. This role involves connecting with prospective learners from international markets and guiding them towards suitable educational programs that align with their career and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads and prospects across global markets via phone, email, video calls, and professional platforms.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand individual learning needs, career objectives, and background.
Recommend appropriate online programs, degrees, or certifications offered by the institution.
Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach to final enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams for seamless onboarding and student engagement.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the EdTech or education consulting space.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work in different time zones and manage global client interactions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and video conferencing platforms.
Self-driven with a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
