Job Role- As a Tele Sales Caller Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about products or services, with the goal of generating sales. You will be working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, where you will be representing a client or multiple clients, depending on the specific project. Responsibilities- 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers based on assigned leads or lists. 2. Introduce and explain products or services to customers in a clear and compelling manner. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements. 4. Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and benefits of products or services. 5. Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have. 6. Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve assigned sales targets. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and answer customer inquiries. 8. Update customer records and enter relevant information into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 9. Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase, in order to convert them into sales. 10. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team sales goals. 11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including call scripts and compliance guidelines. 12. Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and coaching sessions. Required Skills- 1. Graduate or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus. 2. Candidates pursuing any type of course are not eligible. 3. Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO setting. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers over the phone. 5. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales. 6. Customer-focused mind-set with a positive and persuasive attitude. 7. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas. 8. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. 9. Good time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records. 10. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team. 11. Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours, if required. 12. Only Immediate joiners preferred.
