International Voice Process Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer queries or support for international clients over voice calls. You should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of conversations in the internal database Achieve individual and team performance targets (e.g., call quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction) Adhere to defined processes and compliance standards Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process (customer service/support or sales) Excellent verbal communication skills in English Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism Strong listening and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools or call center systems is an advantage Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts Preferred Qualifications: Experience in US/UK/Australian voice processes Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting (if applicable to the process) High school diploma or bachelor's degree Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Application Question(s): Current CTC?
