Windson Organics is a globally recognized manufacturer and exporter of certified organic food ingredients. We offer a wide range of USDA Organic, India Organic, COR Organic Certified, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and ISO 9001 Certified products.

Our core expertise lies in bulk ingredient supply and customized private label solutions for herbs, spices, teas, superfoods, and nutraceutical ingredients.

Windson Organics exports to over 24 countries worldwide and continues to grow its presence in the North American, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

We are in the final stages of launching our new US FDA-registered, BRC Certified, Kosher, and Halal-compliant facility, dedicated exclusively to private label production, white-label services, and co-packing—helping global brands scale efficiently and compliantly.

With a strong foundation in quality, traceability, and sustainability, we are on a mission to be a global leader in organic ingredient solutions and premium private label partnerships.


Education Qualification

    • MBA / PGDM (International Business / Marketing)

    • Candidates with backgrounds in Food Technology / Nutrition / Ayurveda / Agri Business will be given preference

Experience Required

    • 4–6 years in International Sales / B2B Export Business Development

    • Proven track record in Private Label sales in food, nutraceuticals, herbal, or organic product categories

    • Experience with US, Canada, EU, Middle East, or Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred

    • Candidates with international travel exposure or valid US B1/B2 visa will be prioritized

    • Willingness to relocate to Gandhinagar is preferred

Candidate Profile

    • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

    • Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills

    • High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

    • Flexible to work with international time zones

    • Candidates with a valid B1/B2 Visa and international travel readiness are preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Private Label Business Development (International)
    • Identify and onboard private label buyers including retailers, distributors, health brands, wellness companies, and importers
    • Lead end-to-end client acquisition – from outreach to deal closure for custom-packed and branded products
    • Present packaging options, develop SKUs, and manage pricing/proposals tailored to each buyer
  • Account Management & Relationship Building
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Develop strategic partnerships by offering innovative solutions in packaging, formulation, and labeling
    • Ensure timely production, branding, and export of goods with cross-department coordination
  • Lead Generation & CRM Management
    • Drive international B2B lead generation using LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and digital tools
    • Maintain detailed CRM updates for pipeline and performance tracking
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Monitor regional trends in organic and clean-label products, including regulatory updates and retail patterns
    • Recommend product innovations, custom blends, and packaging trends based on buyer expectations
  • Trade Show Participation & Representation
    • Represent Windson Organics in global trade fairs and buyer-seller meets
    • Follow up with generated leads and convert into meaningful partnerships
