Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team, based in Bhopal or Delhi. This full-time, mid-level position requires an individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in international sales and related fields. The role entails developing strategic relationships and driving global business growth for Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership and market savvy in the food and beverage sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in international sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and customer expectations in the food and beverage industry.
• Exceptional market research skills to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring strategic and informed decision-making processes for market expansion.
• Strong relationship management expertise to build and maintain profitable partnerships with international distributors and clients globally.
• Proven ability in lead generation to effectively develop new business pipelines, ensuring sustained revenue growth across various international markets.
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English to articulate complex concepts and negotiations effectively to an international audience.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, ensuring successful sales outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth export transactions.
