Job Description

Requirement:

Minimum 10 years of international sales experience in therapeutic drugs and therapeutics.

Strong market knowledge of global pharmaceutical dynamics including pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, and customer preferences.
Demonstrated success in sales achievement and market expansion.
Thorough understanding of international pharma regulatory requirements, dossier submissions, and market entry strategies.
Proven ability in team leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to multicultural environments.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Exposure to entering developed markets (e.g., Europe, USA, Australia).
Experience in handling tender businesses, NGOs, or institutional sales.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
