What You’ll Do Imagine working directly with the founders and core team, tackling high-impact projects that shape the company's future. From market research to sales outreach, from streamlining operations to growth hacking, you’ll be involved in key functions that drive a business forward. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape business decisions. Assist in refining go-to-market strategies for product launches and growth initiatives. Sales & Business Development Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities for outreach. Support lead generation efforts and assist in client interactions. Marketing & Growth Help in executing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing initiatives. Experiment with growth hacks and analyze campaign performance. Operations & Execution Streamline internal processes and optimize workflows for efficiency. Assist in project management and cross-functional coordination. What Makes You a Good Fit You’re a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You’re comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. You have a passion for startups, business, and growth strategies. You’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take ownership of projects. Job Details Internship Type: Paid Rs. 15,000/month to Rs. 25,000/month, WFO.
