Role: Web Designer + Developer

Full-Time: UI/UX + Digital Design

One of our portfolio companies is looking for a Web Designer to help us bring our ideas to life online. From websites and landing pages to full-scale marketing websites, your design will directly influence how our clients are seen, heard, and remembered.

What You'll Do

Web & Landing Page Design

Design and Develop high-converting, mobile-first landing pages

Create responsive, interactive, and intuitive website interfaces

Work from brand briefs and interviews to build unique, personality-driven digital experiences

Design Systems & Tools

Use tools like Figma to design scalable, component-driven systems

Ensure performance across screen sizes, browsers, and devices

Maintain consistency in UI/UX while pushing creativity and design standards

Visual Content Design

Support with social media graphics, promotional banners, and digital ads

Participate in feedback sessions, brainstorms, and ongoing design optimization

What Makes You a Great Fit

2–4 years of professional design experience (internship/freelance/startup work counts!)

Strong command of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe XD

A portfolio that shows clean, modern, responsive web design

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and mobile-first design principles

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy creative environment

Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or HTML/CSS is a big plus

Excellent taste in typography, layout, and brand aesthetics
