Job Overview:

We are hiring highly motivated and performance-driven International Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C international sales, with a proven ability to promote digital products and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective international clients.
  • Generate and qualify high-potential leads via cold calling, social media, and professional networks.
  • Effectively pitch and promote our digital products and services, including Google AdWords and EdTech solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule consultations or demos based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report key sales metrics regularly.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Candidate Requirements.

Education:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years in international sales (B2B/B2C) with exposure to-
  • Google Ads / Google AdWords
  • EdTech / SaaS or digital products & services
  • Must provide experience letters from previous organizations
  • Proven skills in lead generation, client communication, and deal closure
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing and the global advertising ecosystem
  • Open to working in rotational shifts (cab facility provided)
  • Candidates based in Hyderabad or open to relocate will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA
  • Includes 20% performance-based incentives
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
  • Shifts: Rotational (2Way Cab).
