Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to prospective learners.
  
• Provide personalized career counseling and guide students toward suitable learning paths.
  
• Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
  
• Clearly articulate the value and effectiveness of the online learning model.
  
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead engagement, calls, product demos, closures, and post-sales relationship management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and share regular updates.

• Proven experience in International Sales (EdTech preferred).

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Education preferred).
  
• 2–5 years of International Sales experience (EdTech exposure is a plus).
  
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Strong work ethics and a proactive, result-oriented attitude.
