Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via voice or chat to clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to company standards.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: All Graduates (Freshers/Experience, 2020 onwards).
  • Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift.
  • Week-offs: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
