Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients to provide product or service information.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
