Mumbai Churchgate location

To act as a primary point of contact for all enquiries

mailings that are sent out via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce CRM system and to support data entry and reporting / MIS initiatives.

To work closely with the Chief Investment Strategist to help design and produce invitations to webinars

produce presentation decks and PDFs that the international teams

monitoring client activity on investment / consultant databases

DDQs, presentation decks, RFPs/RFI, and other marketing documentation are regularly updated


International Marketing & Sales Support Manager

This person will be based in the Mumbai office and support the marketing and sales efforts of the teams in UK and the US.

Responsibilities:

·      To act as a primary point of contact for all enquiries and requests from the international offices and coordinate with the relevant Teams based in Mumbai.

·      To provide updated information and data relating to portfolio management services when requested.

·      To work with the operations team and be responsible for the mailings that are sent out via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

·      To act as a link with the Portfolio Management Teams as it relates to meetings and travel schedules.

·      To be conversant and fluent with the Salesforce CRM system and to support data entry and reporting / MIS initiatives.

·      To work with the Marketing, Operations & Compliance teams in Mumbai to help create and produce presentation decks and PDFs that the international teams will use.

·      To work closely with the Chief Investment Strategist to help design and produce invitations to webinars, thought pieces and other commentaries as well as being responsible for the mailings thereof.

·      Manage the content and update data and Fund Websites

·      Suggest improvements to the marketing material design to enhance effectiveness

·      To work closely with the sales staff to help produce SalesForce reporting and data useful for MIS purposes.

·      To be responsible for monitoring client activity on investment / consultant databases and be responsible for the monitoring of RFP platforms.

To ensure that the DDQs, presentation decks, RFPs/RFI, and other marketing documentation are regularly updated.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or sales support
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across time zones.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
