Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for an International Key Account Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with key international accounts, developing business strategies, creating and implementing business plans, and collaborating with clients to provide outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solutions-focused actions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Key Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships and address customer needs.
Strong Business Planning and Account Management capabilities to create effective strategies for account growth and meet set objectives.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in working with international clients and understanding of global markets or regulations is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
