Experience:

Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process

Salary:

4,00,000 5,00,000 per annum

Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (US/UK-based process)

UG or Graduate in any discipline

International Customer Support Executives

for a reputed process in Jaipur. The role involves managing customer interactions across international markets (US/UK), resolving queries, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound international calls or chats/emails professionally
Resolve customer queries with patience and empathy
Maintain service quality as per SLA guidelines
Update CRM systems with accurate interaction details
Meet individual and team KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc.)
Stay updated on product and policy changes

Candidate Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in international voice support
Strong command of the English language
Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
Customer-first attitude with good problem-solving skills
Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred
Willingness to relocate or work from Jaipur location
