International Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound voice calls

    from international customers (US/UK/AU regions).
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, related to products, billing, orders, or services.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the

    CRM system

Required Skills:

  • Excellent

    English communication

    (spoken and comprehension).
  • Neutral accent

    and clear pronunciation.
  • Strong

    active listening

    and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Typing speed of

    30-40 WPM with accuracy

  • Familiarity with

    (Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work

    night shifts and weekends

QUALIFICATION:

  • 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
