International Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound international calls or chats/emails professionally

  • Resolve customer queries with patience and empathy

  • Maintain service quality as per SLA guidelines

  • Update CRM systems with accurate interaction details

  • Meet individual and team KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc.)

  • Stay updated on product and policy changes


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience

  • English language

  • night shifts or rotational shifts

  • Customer-first attitude with good problem-solving skills

  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred

  • Willingness to relocate or work from Jaipur location
