International Voice Customer Support

Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
  
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies
  
• Provide accurate and timely information with professional communication
  
• Maintain empathy and customer satisfaction across different cultures and time zones
  
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and shift schedules
  
• Basic technical knowledge will be assessed during the interview
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Undergraduates / Any Graduate
  
• Experience: Freshers & candidates with International Voice experience
  
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory Voice & Chat)
  
• Basic computer knowledge and adaptability
  

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: 17,000 + 2,000 Attendance Bonus
  
• 618 Months Experience: 20,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus
  
• Above 18 Months Experience: 25,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus
  
• Night shift allowance & cab facility (within 23 KM radius)

Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Title:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  
• Maintain accurate call records and follow company processes
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  
• Meet daily performance and productivity targets
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Intermediate & Above
  (Pursuing higher education & B.Pharmacy candidates are eligible)
  
• Languages: English & Hindi (Regional language preferred)
  
• Good communication skills and customer handling ability
  

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: 15,000 Take Home
  
• Experienced: 19,000 CTC (14,500 Take Home)
  
• Transport Allowance: 2,000
