Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Adhere to quality standards and meet/exceed performance metrics. Work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Both undergraduates and graduates can apply. Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in international customer support (for experienced category). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English . Hindi not required.
