Job Description

As an International Customer Service Representative at our company, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional support to our global customer base through chat and voice channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts from international clients via chat and phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex customer problems related to our products/services, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up. - Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Accurately documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Continuously updating product and service knowledge to provide up-to-date and relevant assistance. - Working effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Requirements: - Educational Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor's degree) is mandatory. - Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an international BPO or customer service environment. - Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. - Process Expertise: Proven experience handling chat and/or voice processes in a high-volume setting. Desired Skills and Competencies: - Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Technical Aptitude: Comfort in navigating multiple systems and using various communication tools simultaneously. - Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven international environment and handle demanding customers professionally. - Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, to support global time zones.
