International Customer Service Representative


Key Requirements

  • Educational Qualification:

    Graduation (Bachelor's degree) is

    mandatory

    .
  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    1+ years of mandatory experience

    in an international BPO or customer service environment (supporting customers outside of your home country).
  • Language Proficiency:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

    English

    are a must.
  • Process Expertise:

    Proven experience handling

    chat and/or voice processes

    in a high-volume setting.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:

    Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts (primarily via chat and phone) from international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Diagnose and troubleshoot complex customer problems related to our products/services, escalating issues appropriately when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Quality & Compliance:

    Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Documentation:

    Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Continuously update product and service knowledge to provide up-to-date and relevant assistance.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
