• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
  
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and performance targets.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to enhance service delivery.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent

  speaking, verbal and written communication skills

  in English.
• Strong

  customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to work in

  rotational schedules.

• Education:

  Any UG/Graduate Can apply

• Experience:

• 03 years in international customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
